What You’ll Be Doing: * Bringing projects to life—setting out and surveying for earthworks, drainage, foundations, and structures with pinpoint accuracy. * Harnessing cutting-edge tech—working with GPS & machine control systems (Leica, Trimble, or similar) to revolutionise the way work gets done. * Owning the numbers—carrying out as-built surveys, volume calculations, and progress reporting to keep projects on track. * Problem-solving on the go—troubleshooting technical challenges and working closely with site teams to find the best solutions. * Ensuring excellence—maintaining top-tier QA compliance and keeping health & safety at the forefront of everything you do. What You’ll Need: * A sharp eye for detail—HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline. * Tech-savvy mindset—proficiency in AutoCAD, LSS, or similar surveying software. * Hands-on experience—proven background in earthworks, civils, and machine control. * Strong communication skills—you’ll be liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams daily. * Certifications—CSCS card required; SMSTS/SSSTS is a bonus. * Full UK driving licence—as you’ll be working across multiple sites
