We are looking for RCW’s to join the team and support our young people within our Residential Children’s Homes located on the Fylde Coast. The shifts are 8am – 11pm plus sleep.

Requirements of role;

  • Be suitable to provide unconditional care support to the children and young people in our care. this will include encouraging Young People to participate in outdoor activities

  • Guide and individually support young people in relation to their individual needs.

  • To ensure record keeping and administration responsibilities of the team are met, including care plans, daily reports, etc.

  • To uphold the expectations and ethos of the homes within the context of company policies and national legislation so as to offer the optimum level of care provision.

  • To take all reasonable care to safeguard young people and staff members.

  • To follow all company policies and procedures.

  • Level 3 Diploma in the Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent is desirable

  • Experience working within a care / childcare setting or with young people is desirable

  • Full Driving Licence, * Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)
