Care Assistant (Days and Nights)

Previous experience is preferred but is not essential, nor do you need qualifications – we offer comprehensive mentorship and support and access to a range of vocational qualifications. The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, duties include support with physical and emotional wellbeing needs, meal service as well as supporting people to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions. The position will involve shift work which to include days, evenings, nights, weekends, as per the rota pattern. Shifts are 12 hours. An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position.
