About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling various enquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. No two days will be the same, and you will play a key role in maintaining and growing business relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client management
- Assisting customers with enquiries via email & phone
- Managing business customer relationships and strengthening key accounts
- Handling enquiries from start to finish and providing tailored solutions
- Resolving complaints where required and ensuring a positive outcome
- Liaising with third parties & internal teams to support client needs
- Completing high volumes of administrative tasks related to account management
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an Account Manager role or telephone-based customer service/call centre experience
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent multitasking and organisational abilities
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
