- Employee Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring all documentation and training are in place.
- Recruitment: Supporting the recruitment process from posting job adverts to coordinating interviews.
- DBS Checks: Completing and auditing DBS applications to ensure compliance.
- HR Administration: Recording sickness absence, maintaining accurate HR records, and updating training systems.
- Training Coordination: Ensuring new staff are signed up for relevant training and maintaining training records.
- Supporting Employee Relations: Attending informal absence meetings and investigations as needed.
