About the Role

  • Employee Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring all documentation and training are in place.
  • Recruitment: Supporting the recruitment process from posting job adverts to coordinating interviews.
  • DBS Checks: Completing and auditing DBS applications to ensure compliance.
  • HR Administration: Recording sickness absence, maintaining accurate HR records, and updating training systems.
  • Training Coordination: Ensuring new staff are signed up for relevant training and maintaining training records.
  • Supporting Employee Relations: Attending informal absence meetings and investigations as needed.
