Job Overview: We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Remedial Plumber to take on a Legionella Remedial Plumber position within our Mobile Division, in the Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. In this role, you will carry out a range of monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing tasks. This is to work across a wide range of client sites and meet their ‘ agreed requirements with regards to the Legionella control programme as set out in the Water Technical Manual. What we are looking for: Experienced Commercial Plumbers within the FM sector, experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is desirable. Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft package. The ability to work under pressure, being able to manage and work to deadlines. NVQ level 2 in Plumbing is an essential minimum requirement for this role. Main Duties: In this position, you will carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8. To be an ambassador for the Company whilst visiting customers sites. Maintain customer’s water safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company guidelines. To take a variety of Water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with the Water Technical Manual guidance. Additional Information: No call out rota, company van, fuel card, uniform provided
