The Vacancy RSK Land Development and Engineering (LDE) Ltd , part of the RSK Group , is looking for a Civil Engineer to join the team in Edinburgh . This is a full-time, permanent position. RSK LDE Ltd was formed in 2003 with a team of experienced civil and structural engineers involved in major development projects. Responsibilities Work as Infrastructure Engineer within the design team, reporting to Principal Engineer. Prepare infrastructure drawings and designs using AutoCAD and other software. Coordinate within the design team to meet project timescales. Negotiate with Local and Drainage Authority Engineers on design for adoptable works (Section 104, 38, 278). Engage with statutory utilities for layouts and quotations. Implement designs on private areas in compliance with current Codes of Practice. Qualifications and Experience Proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience in drawing production following standard procedures. Understanding of civil engineering principles. Knowledge of PDS for highway design and ground modelling. Experience with WinDes for drainage system design, including sustainable drainage. Develop project management skills following RSK procedures. At least 5 years’ experience in a similar consultancy role.
