Duties

Lead the legal department, providing guidance and support on all legal issues affecting the organisation.

Analyse complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance legal compliance across the organisation.

Collaborate with various departments to provide legal insights that support business objectives.

Manage relationships with external legal counsel and oversee litigation matters as necessary.

Conduct training sessions for staff on relevant legal topics to promote awareness and understanding of legal obligations.
