The Role We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Scoping Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of projects—from concept and design through to pricing, delivery, and handover.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of construction work, including refits, refurbishments, new builds, demolitions, and maintenance. Your mission? Ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards—while meeting Government regulations and Health & Safety requirements.

️ Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans • Focusing on the scoping, specification and front end of projects • Oversee end-to-end delivery of Billable Works projects • Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental standards • Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements • Manage documentation via SharePoint and Maximo systems • Drive value for money through smart commercial decisions • Support MoD carbon reduction targets and resolve end-user issues • Contribute to complaint resolution and continuous improvement What You’ll Need • Proven experience in Project Management within Construction • HNC/D qualification in Building/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • Strong planning, performance management, and decision-making skills • Full UK driving licence • Ability to obtain SC Clearance What’s In It For You Company car or car allowance Private medical cover (single) 6% matched pension contribution 25 days annual leave ️ Life assurance at 2x base salary Career development and progression opportunities What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
