Job Description:

As a Client Solutions Associate, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Quantium systems for our private equity and venture capital fund clients. This position requires a mix of technical skills, financial expertise, and client-focused problem-solving to ensure successful system adoption and seamless client experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client implementation projects for Quantium systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Perform data migration and reconciliation for client accounting, fund, and portfolio management modules using Quantium\’s proprietary tools.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to support system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to test new features and address performance issues.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Provide comprehensive training to clients and monitor user adoption of Quantium systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the value of Quantium’s solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Knowledge of fund accounting is a big plus.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, fund accounting, fund administration, or financial analysis.
• Proven client-facing experience, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively address client needs.
• Familiarity with accounting systems, especially in roles involving system implementation, user requirements gathering, or training, is highly advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in the financial technology (fintech) industry.
• Fluent in verbal and written English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
