Optometrist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated optometrist to join our team. You will be working across our two well-established locations in Wilmslow and Knutsford, alongside a team of experienced dispensing opticians. This role requires a professional who values both clinical excellence and a business-focused mindset. While patient care remains paramount, we understand the importance of balancing this with the commercial aspects of practice management, helping us to grow while maintaining the high standards our patients expect., * Perform thorough and professional eye examinations, ensuring a high standard of clinical care.

• Build strong rapport with patients, providing personalised and informative advice on their eye health and eyewear options.

• Collaborate closely with our team of dispensing opticians to ensure seamless patient care, from eye examination through to product selection.

• Contribute to the business by maintaining high conversion rates for products and services, ensuring patients have access to the best eyewear and eye care solutions available.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical and optical advancements to continually deliver the highest quality care.

• Work with the team to maintain a calm, friendly, and professional environment, ensuring each patient has a positive and welcoming experience from start to finish.

• You are an optometrist who appreciates the importance of clinical excellence, patient care, and the need to contribute to the business side of practice growth.

• You have a passion for creating a positive patient experience and thrive in an independent practice where you can build long-term relationships with patients.

• You are comfortable working in a team and collaborating closely with dispensing opticians to provide comprehensive care and advice.

• You bring a proactive approach, willing to contribute ideas and solutions to enhance both clinical practice and business success., * Optical: 5 years (preferred)
