Role Overview: Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Procurement Advisor to join our Procurement team at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough on a fixed term basis until the 31st August 2025. The team is home based but works collaboratively with all service areas, travelling to the office in Middlesbrough for catch ups and meetings. Key Responsibilities: You’ll be providing administrative support to the Procurement team by running quotations/tenders as well as supporting more complex tenders being led by other team members. You will be using In-tend daily, managing supplier access, ensuring tender documentation is uploaded and quality questions are entered as well as administering contract information. About You: We are looking for someone who has a ‘can do’ attitude and a positive approach to problem solving as things don’t always run as smoothly as we would like. We are a small team who all have vital roles in ensuring the procurement service is delivered therefore you will be able to work well in a team environment with great communication skills both verbal and written. You’ll have great communication skills with a good understanding of Value for Money principles. You should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, have experience in completing data analysis and creating required formulas to manage data and compare.
