Role: Mobile Powered Access Engineer Location: Birmingham Employer: Hire Company Basic Salary: up to £50,000 Additional Benefits: Van + Fuel Card + Paid Door to Door + Overtime = 1.5 rate Platinum Recruitment is working with a large Powered Access hire company to find their next Mobile Powered Access Engineer to join their established team covering Birmingham and the Midlands. Van + Fuel card Overtime paid at time and a half Paid door to door (get paid as soon as you leave the house, until you get home) 25 days holiday + bank holidays Your responsibilities as a Mobile Powered Access Engineer will include: Servicing, repairs and breakdown maintenance of powered access machinery such as cherry pickers, MEWPs & booms. Carry out diagnostic testing to identify faults and issues Liaising with service and hire controllers to ensure that machinery is maintained to a high standard, on their specified schedulesOther industries considered Powered Access / Agricultural / Plant / Vehicle / Forklift / HGV Experience essential for this role as a Mobile Powered Access Engineer Full UK Driving Licence is required Level 3 NVQ in Plant Maintenance or a similar mechanical engineering qualification A good understanding of Hydraulic, Electric and Mechanical systems Previous experience maintaining, diagnosing and repairing faults with machinery, ideally powered access/MEWPs although other backgrounds can be considered.Sound like the role for you?
