Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for an ALS Administrator to join our ALS Department based at Slough & Langley College on a part-time, term-time only basis. This is for a fixed term maternity cover contract until March 2026. ALS Administrator This is a fixed term contract covering Maternity until March 2026. The ALS Administrator position involves working 30 hours per week spread over the 5 days Monday – Friday. The normal working hours of the college are 08:30 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday and 08:30 – 16:30 on Fridays. You should be available for the full range of these hours. As an Administrator for the ALS department at Slough & Langley College, you will be providing administrative support to the FE ALS department. This includes managing shared ALS mailboxes, taking professional notes at meetings, maintaining databases and records, and assisting with student data entry during enrolment. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders concerning EHCPs and Additional Learning Support, ensuring efficient and effective support is delivered within the department. The successful ALS Administrator candidate will be based at Slough & Langley College for most of their time. However, they may be required to work at Berkshire College of Agriculture as required. We are seeking someone who upholds a high standard of professional competence and effectiveness in their work, has excellent administrative skills and preferably has experience of working within SEND or Education already. You should hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field such as business administration in addition to a GCSE grade A – C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
