TPF Recruitment, the Southeast's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is recruiting for an Accounts Manager to join a reputable and high-quality firm of chartered accountants based in the Henley area. You will join a fast-growing and successful practice, working within the accounts team in a general practice capacity. This position is a result of growth and offers an excellent opportunity for career progression. You will gain exposure to complex, high-value work with prestigious national and international clients, with significant autonomy, direct client contact, and potential team management responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing your own client portfolio, reporting to the Directors.
- Reviewing accounts, including preparation of accounts, consolidations, corporation tax returns, and personal tax returns.
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients.
- Supporting clients with outsourced Finance Director services and complex tax planning.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified, with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in a mid-tier firm handling complex/high-value clients.
- International case experience is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to review complex accounts and consolidations to a high standard.
- Proficiency in client meetings and communication.
- Good knowledge of corporation tax and VAT.
Salary range: £50,000 - £65,000, negotiable based on experience.
