HR Advisor – Part-Time \\n\\nLocation: Cardiff & Swansea\\n\\nSalary: £32,000 – £40,000 (Depending on Experience)\\n\\nJob Type: Part-Time\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join a leading business based in Cardiff. This role has been created due to continued growth and will give you the chance to lead HR across two sites, Cardiff and Swansea. You'll be the go-to HR professional at both sites, working closely with senior leadership and supporting employees across the business.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nProvide HR advice and support across both sites on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and development.\\nManage employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.\\nAdvise line managers on HR best practices, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.\\nPlay a role in employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive working environment.\\nManage HR administration and maintain accurate employee records.\\nCollaborate with the wider HR team to implement strategic HR initiatives.What We're Looking For:\\n\\nAround 3 years of HR experience at an advisory level, ideally in a standalone or generalist capacity.\\nStrong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.\\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\\nOwn transport and the flexibility to travel between the Cardiff and Swansea locations.What We Offer:\\n\\nCompetitive salary between £32,000 and £40,000, depending on experience.\\nOpportunity to join a rapidly growing and dynamic company.\\nSupport from a wider HR team while being the key HR lead for two sites.\\n\\nIf you're looking to take the next step in your HR career and join a supportive team at an exciting stage of growth, we'd love to hear from you!\\n\\nAbout Us\\n\\nWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
