Network Security Engineer - SC Cleared

Network Security Engineer (SC Cleared) 3 Month Rolling Contract Hybrid Remote + Occasional Travel £(Apply online only)/day (Inside IR35) Network Security Engineer needed with active SC Security Clearance. 3 Month Rolling Contract. Start ASAP in February/March 2025. Working mainly remotely from home (WFH), with occasional travel to client sites based in Wokingham, Corsham, Farnborough + Warwick. A chance to work with an established global IT and Digital transformation consultancy for an end client in the Telecoms domain. Technical support and ownership for customer Security Infrastructure estate, processes + documentation. Acting as key technical point of contact for all Security + Firewall incidents, changes, modifications, projects + rule bases. Supporting Checkpoint, Juniper, Bluecoat, F5 and Cisco networking solutions including switching families. Providing technical support, change management (remote/physical) + inventory management. Design of customer networks including support for High Level and Low Level designs (HLD/LLD). Technical Environment: Cisco IPT, QoS, Wireless 802.1x, Infloblox DNS, VPN, ipsec, SSL, DMVPN, WAN, routing protocols, hardware, software, EOL. Telecoms domain experience is advantageous
