About the company:\\n\\nOur privately owned client is a leading name within the enabling works sector, who pride themselves on their excellent reputation to deliver projects within budget and to programme, whilst always maintaining high standards and quality. They are a professional, technically minded and modern outfit who have proven success of operating primarily as principle contractor on their projects throughout the City. Much of their work is secured due to repeat business and package values generally range from £2M up to £15M.

As a multifaceted contractor, their core areas of expertise include demolition and dismantling, temporary works, façade retention, structural alterations and substructure packages and current turnover stands in excess of £65M.\\n\\nAbout the opportunity:\\n\\nMy client is recruiting permanently for an experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Director in leading and managing complex inner city centre enabling works projects with values up to £15M within time, budget and with health and safety at the forefront.\\n\\nAs an Operations Manager you will be responsible for the complete life cycle production of projects, from pre-construction phase through to completion, meaning overall accountability for project team management and delegation; programme delivery; client and contractor relationship; financial control and resource planning.\\n\\nAbout the rewards / benefits:\\n\\nThis company makes personal development, career progression and long-term stability a priority. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered which will include private health care, pension, car allowance and travel expenses will be covered.\\n\\nAbout the requirements:\\n\\nIn order to the considered for this senior opportunity, it is vital you have proven experience of working within the enabling works sector, whilst employed by a specialist subcontractor or main contractor in the South East.
