Your Role
As a key stage 1 TA, you will play a vital part in:
- Delivering targeted booster sessions and small-group interventions, particularly in literacy and numeracy
- Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) to access learning and reach developmental milestones
- Working alongside class teachers to create a calm, engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress and behaviour
- Helping to shape positive learning experiences that build confidence and curiosity

- Has experience supporting children in key stage 1 or early primary years
- Is familiar with phonics schemes and early maths strategies
- Has knowledge or interest in supporting SEN learners
