Senior Dispute Resolution Paralegal

Join our busy and growing Dispute Resolution team as a Senior Paralegal, supporting Partners and Solicitors in property-related and general litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing a caseload of property litigation cases, including landlord-tenant disputes, lease renewals, and boundary issues.
• Oversee and support junior paralegals.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare trial bundles.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties.
• Maintain accurate case records and assist in training team members.

Requirements:

• Essential: Previous experience in Property Litigation and/or General Litigation.
• Strong understanding of property law and litigation processes.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills.
