We’re proud to partner with a leading global data centre developer and operator, committed to innovation and excellence. Due to continues expansion our client are seeking to appoint a talented Business Analyst to play a pivotal role within our procurement function.
Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the European Procurement Director and the VP of Procurement, collaborating with finance teams to drive strategic procurement initiatives. This is a brand-new position that will be instrumental in shaping our procurement strategies across Europe and potentially impacting the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyse, and present finance-focused business cases and procurement projects
- Understand and navigate regional intricacies, including multi-currency impacts, local VAT regulations, and labour laws
- Utilise tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint to analyse market data and challenge existing processes
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, addressing queries and providing insights
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in creating financial business cases and analysing complex data.
- Strong skills in developing impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Familiarity with international markets and cross-border procurement challenges.
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
