The Opportunity
Our client is looking for ambitious people to join their fast-paced sales floor. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a growing business that have recently joined FTSE in May 2024. In less than 15 years, the business has grown from 5 to 400+ employees with a market cap circa £850m. Our client provide banking solutions to the alternative investment industry. Today, they are a team of over 350 transacting billions, and in 2017 listed on the London Stock Exchange.
This is an opportunity for a self-starter – someone with big ambitions, but also the urgency and resilience to achieve them. Effort and potential are more important to us than experience.
About You:
- Exceptional communication skills

- Ability to understand and take on feedback

- High levels of emotional intelligence
- Sales experience is preferable
- Experience in alternative investments/funds/banking is preferable
The specifics:
- You will be expected to hold meetings (virtual and in-situ) with key decision makers including C-Suite.
- You will understand and document what the key areas of opportunity are and map out the decision making structures at partner firms to maximise the selling opportunities.
- You will put together strategic plans to grow partnerships across multiple jurisdictions and promote Alpha’s account solution
- There will be requirement for European travel at least twice a quarter
