Your Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented commercial Property Manager, with a role focused on delivering an Insurance Management and Utility Management Program to the Revantage Real Estate Portfolio
The Insurance role involves managing insurance-related matters for a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with policies, coordinating claims, and acting as a key liaison between all key stakeholders
From a utility perspective, the role will oversee the management and optimisation of utility matters across the portfolio, driving operational excellence from a cost and efficiency standpoint
Utilities:
Utility Procurement and Management β Management of the procurement of utilities and coordination of utility recharging across the portfolio
Data Analysis and Reporting β Maintenance, analysis and reporting of utility data across the portfolio
Sustainability and Energy Efficiency β Management and improvement of the energy management systems across the portfolio
Stakeholder Engagement β Act as primary point of contact for utility providers, contractors and internal stakeholders
Insurance:
Policy Management β Management of the RRE Insurance programme, including renewal and compliance as per requirements
Tenant and Landlord Liaison β Management of insurance queries, requests and requirements for both landlords and tenants
Claims Management β Collaboration with stakeholders to implement risk mitigation strategies
Risk Management β Collaboration with stakeholders to implement risk mitigation strategies
Reporting and Compliance β Preparation of reports for the insurance programme and undertake analysis of insurance-related data
Reinstatement Cost Assessment Management β Coordination and oversight of all existing and new reinstatement costs assessments
Skills & Requirements:
Education – Bachelorβs Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Real Estate, or a related field Experience – Proven experience in insurance and utility management (in commercial property is preferable, minimum 3 years)
Skills:
Strong Understanding of insurance policies, claims processes and risk management principles
Proficiency in analysing utility data and optimising contracts
Familiarity with management software and energy management systems is preferable
Knowledge of UK regulations related to insurance and utilities in property management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
