SEN Teacher Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for an exciting new challenge? This is your chance to make a significant difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nurturing, inclusive environment. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering high-quality, personalised teaching to students with SEN, catering to their individual learning styles and needs. * Collaborating closely with the school’s staff to develop and implement strategies for supporting students both academically and emotionally. * Tracking and assessing student progress, using this information to adapt teaching methods and interventions to ensure continuous development. * Fostering an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere, where all students feel valued, supported, and encouraged to engage with their learning. * Building strong relationships with students, parents, and other key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting each student's learning journey. * Providing tailored support for students on a one-to-one or small group basis, depending on their needs. What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) status. * Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs, ideally within an inclusive classroom setting. * A flexible, patient, and creative approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt quickly to different learning styles and needs. * Strong communication and teamwork skills, as you will be working closely with colleagues, students, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child. * A deep empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN, and a proactive approach to addressing their individual needs
