Legal Counsel - Finance

H&P are working with a leading player within the renewable energy/energy transition business, who are looking to expand their legal department across the UK. They are interested in bringing in someone with a broad background within Financial Services to help them with both the advisory and regulatory aspects of the work.

Job Requirements

• 5/6 years PQE working within either a leading law firm or in-house business in the Finance/Energy sector
• Strong knowledge base in Financial Services law, both from an advisory and regulatory background
• Experience working with a growing business unit is a plus
• A Team-Player who can aid the growth of a team
