Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Search Executive to join our team, working alongside like-minded specialists to define and deliver impactful paid search campaigns. In this role, you will support the Paid Media Manager in driving performance for our exciting and ever-growing client base, assisting in the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search activities across various markets.
Key responsibilities include:
Campaign Management: Play a key role in managing and executing paid search campaigns across appropriate platforms.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to identify and develop strategies aimed at enhancing campaign performance and overall impact on the digital strategy.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Work closely with account teams to provide insightful performance reports and contribute to the creation of compelling client presentations.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work alongside colleagues across paid media and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient campaign delivery, consistently meeting the agency’s high standards.
Problem Solving: Leverage your analytical skills to troubleshoot challenges, continuously optimise performance, and contribute to the achievement of agency and personal goals.
Execution Excellence: Attention to detail is pivotal in this role to execute global campaigns with precision, ensuring all activities are aligned with client objectives and roadmaps.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, with a strong understanding of Google Ads; agency experience is preferred but not required.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to effectively manage and optimize varying monthly budgets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with good data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to analyse and understand the data, and provide a clear and detailed summary of results with actionable next steps.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal teams and clients.
- A proactive, solutions-focused work ethic, taking the initiative to drive results rather than waiting for direction.
- A genuine passion for paid search, with a strong desire to stay informed on industry trends and continuously improve skills.
