Company Information To know more about the company, please visit our website https://www.cplfoods.co.uk/ Responsibilities This position will support the HR team in all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, training coordination, implementation of HRMS software, managing time and attendance, and operational support. Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinate the new starter induction process, ensuring personnel records are complete. Prepare job descriptions. Training and Development (T&D) Support managers in developing training programs and schedules. Assist in coordinating and implementing T&D programs. Maintain training records, including creating training agreements where relevant. HRMS & Software Management Support the implementation of HRMS software. Maintain HRMS records and keep all data updated. Operational Support Act as a central point for staff inquiries, reporting to the HR manager. Attendance Management Support attendance management processes and ensure information is effectively communicated to the payroll team. Maintain an efficient Time & Attendance system across the site. Management Information System (MIS) Maintain the master database of all employees, both direct and indirect. Qualifications Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Human Resources Management or CIPD Level 3 or 5. Mandatory: Must have a valid right to work in the UK.
