Your Mission: We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic SEO Content Writer to help deliver content initiatives that will boost SEO revenue and visits on the Wowcher website. They will work closely with the Senior SEO Executive to create informative, engaging, and user-first content to help improve the rankings of our products, deals, and landing pages. The SEO Content Writer will also assist in content marketing efforts and onsite merchandising, working closely with the marketing and analysis teams to ensure SEO-friendly content receives the right exposure onsite and elsewhere. Your Quests Include: Have ownership and lead on various SEO content initiatives Create well-optimized, user-focused content for the Wowcher website in line with SEO terms and trends Make updates and refresh content in line with SEO terms and trends Commission content from the wider content team, providing them with clear briefs and guidance Develop and share content ideas, and follow these through to completion Perform in-depth keyword research to inform decisions Work within the CMS, uploading and editing content Help communicate any SEO guidelines to the Content team The Ideal Candidate: Has experience writing content (paid or unpaid) ideally for a digital audience Is a self-starter, uses initiative, and has a desire to take ownership of projects Hands-on experience in SEO is not essential, but must have a passion for SEO and the ability to pick things up quickly Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adheres to tight deadlines Has a desire to learn and upskill themselves in all things SEO Is a confident communicator who can work with various senior members of the business Excellent written skills, a keen eye for detail with perfect grammar Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus Experience using SEO and Analytics tools, such as SEM Rush, Google Trends, Google Search Console, and Adobe Analytics is a plus Why Wowcher is your Next Stop: Flexible working – blend office and home for your ideal work-life mix 25 days of holiday + 8 bank holidays (plus the option to nab 5 extra days) Free fruit to fuel your day Weekly breakfast feasts every Thursday Wellness Wednesdays (hello, free massages!)
