Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. This role will provide help and support existing commercial contract customers with the aim being to deliver excellence and timeliness in the service provided to ensure renewals are re-secured at the end of their contracted periods., * Inbound queries by telephone and email from existing customers

• Resolve problems to customer’s satisfaction within agreed SLAs

• Logging of site visits, including organising part orders and delivery

• High accuracy in order processing including credit card transactions

• Retention of commercial contract customers

• Achieve KPI Targets as set by the Service Manager.

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future sales.

• Recording and tracking sales and producing quotes

• Develop and maintain a full knowledge of Kingspan’s products and services.

• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships e.g. field engineers

• Five GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths

• Proven experience in customer service dealing with calls and queries within a formal customer service environment

• Track record of meeting current KPIs

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Excellent organisational and planning skills

• Strong customer focus and high attention to detail

• Excellent IT Skills
