The post holder will be responsible for the development and delivery of Stone Centre’s and CORE Econ’s communications. A key element of this role is the effective communication with existing and potential adopters of CORE Econ’s educational materials as well as the wider research community targeted by the Stone Centre. In addition, the post holder will develop, deliver, and manage an outreach strategy towards the economics teaching community in order to assist with the increase in adoptions of CORE Econ’s educational materials in instruction. The postholder will also support the Stone Centre Manager in the organisation of events and meetings, as well as with some finance administration.
You will have experience with creating compelling and accessible communication content, experience with social media platforms, and the ability to develop a social media presence. You will have strong interpersonal skills, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships.
This is a part-time role for two days per week (0.4 FTE or 14.6 hours). Times of work are flexible. This role is eligible for hybrid and remote working. The post is graded as UCL Grade 7 with salary in the range £43,124 – £51,610 per annum for a full-time role including London Allowance. Annual leave is 27 working days for a full-time role, in addition to 6 UCL closure days. UCL provides a number of staff benefits.
