They pride themselves on their collaborative approach, commitment to innovation, and dedication to excellence, making them a sought-after partner in the construction industry.  Key Responsibilities:  – Produce accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of projects, ensuring all aspects are considered. – Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bidding. – Analyse and interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed estimates. – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competition to enhance bid effectiveness. – Support the procurement processes to secure the best materials and subcontractor services. What They’re Looking For: – Proven experience as an Estimator within the main contracting sector. – Strong knowledge of pricing, construction methods, and contract law. – Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. – Effective communication abilities and the capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. – A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
