A minimum of 3 years’ experience with a similar role is essential., * A minimum of 3 years in an operations management role.

Experience in managing a logistics team or department is highly preferred.

Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively, with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment.

Strong understanding of logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, supply chain optimization, and customer service.

Experience managing operational budgets and optimizing costs without compromising service quality.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.

Proficiency in logistics management software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) is an advantage.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and resolve operational issues promptly.
