Working within a talented and experience quality and regulatory team, this is a pivotal role where the successful candidate will respond to internal and external customer queries, and will support the administrator of the Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) system by extracting information to complete customer questionnaires and technical information as required., * Support enquiries from existing / potential customers regarding product portfolio from within the Group.

  • Complete customer questionnaires, specifications etc., including online portal requests, accurately within deadlines.

  • Coordinate third party test requests with the company and external laboratories.

  • Liaise with global HQ when necessary to request information and/or validate information is correct

  • Communicate with existing / potential customers regarding quality assurance related enquiries.

  • Navigate the Product Life Cycle Management system (PLM) to aid day to day tasks

  • Liaise with HQ to ensure the PLM system is up to date and accurate.

  • Support the Customer Services team with customer investigations into any enquiries or complaints., Regulatory, food safety and quality assurance teams are the industry’s gatekeepers, making sure nothing leaves without meeting the required standard. They fulfil an important role in safeguarding product integrity and protecting the reputation of a brand, by ensuring that product is safe, authentic and legal. Within our Assure division, we understand the very specific skillsets required for these vitally important roles. From quality assurance technologists, technical managers and food safety managers to heads of regulatory affairs, our People can help.

  • A degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, food etc., is advantageous, but not required for this post.

  • A minimum of three years’ work experience in a similar role within the food industry

  • Experience in quality assurance or technical services within the area of food, beverages, nutrition product, or ingredients.

  • Strong skills in attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as within the wider team, and have good time management skills, prioritizing tasks

  • Enjoys challenges and working in multi-cultural environment

  • Applies a professional, proactive approach to work

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
