You’ll inspire, coach, and guide them to overcome challenges, gain confidence, and secure meaningful work., * Manage a caseload of customers, conducting ongoing Needs Assessments and creating tailored Action Plans.

Coach and motivate individuals to develop job-seeking skills, including CV writing, interview preparation, and job applications.

Engage with local employers to match participants with suitable job opportunities.

Provide in-work support to ensure long-term success and job retention.

Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure customers have access to a range of support services.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to track customer progress.

Experience in coaching, mentoring, or delivering Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG).

Empathy and a genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives.

Experience in a performance-driven environment.

Knowledge of local job markets and recruitment practices.

Minimum Level 3 IAG or equivalent qualification (or willingness to work towards it).

Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
