Job Description
We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our talented management team.

What a Food and Beverage Manager does at JW Lees:
- Get the best from your team. Leading by example, offering great service and delivering on the departmental standard during hotel events.
- Be an expert in communication and be passionate about making every customer visit memorable.
- You will be a key support for the General Manager, taking the helm when they are not around and taking the lead on some areas of the business.
- Ensure a consistent and visible presence throughout events, offering support and approachability to both guests and Team Members.
- Oversee the scheduling, supervision, and performance of the food and beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Take full ownership of event execution, ensuring that all service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- You will have previous leadership experience within hospitality or retail and be keen to learn and grow in your role.
- A keen eye for detail with a creative and solution-focused approach to event planning and execution.
- Proven experience in conference and events operations, ideally within a hospitality or hotel environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering a variety of events, including: weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
