Are you a Class 1 Day Driver looking for the security of guaranteed full-time hours and a permanent contract? Here at GXO, we are recruiting a Class 1 Day Drivers to join our City Plumbing team in Wellingborough . You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday , with start time of between 04.00 and 06.00. What you’ll do on a typical day: – Multi drop deliveries at average of 3- 7 drops per day – Operating the vehicle in safe and legal manner, guaranteeing it has been loaded correctly prior to leaving site (No Handball Required) – Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company policy – Report any damage to vehicles What you need to succeed at GXO: – A full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement – A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC) – Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card – No more than 6 current penalty points – No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
