The menu is British, seasonal and only the freshest ingredients are used.

The Pastry Chef de Partie role is for an immediate start, 42 working hours per week and over 5 days.

Work only 1 in 3 weekends – Closed Bank holidays, 22 days holidays – between 9 to 12 days off over Christmas
