Overview

Chef de partie and commis chef required for a gastro pub in the Peterborough area. This is a fresh food kitchen where everything is made fresh on site, including our own butchery.

Responsibilities

• Learn the various kitchen sections as a chef.
• Prep your section and cook in service.
• Perform standard chef de partie and commis chef duties.

Qualifications

• Fresh food background with good knife skills.
• Own transport required due to location.
• Right to work in the UK.

Salary

Chef de partie: Up to £27-28k + £3.5k tips. Commis chef: £25-26k + tips.

Location

Peterborough area.
