We’re working with a leading global asset manager on a fantastic entry-level opportunity within their Business Services function. This is a great chance for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in finance operations and business support in a high-performing, professional environment.
You’ll be part of the Strategic Business Services team, providing finance and administrative support to ensure smooth operations across vendor and supplier management. You’ll get broad exposure to key business processes and work closely with internal stakeholders from day one.
This role would suit a bright, motivated graduate with a genuine interest in finance, business operations, or vendor management. You don’t need tons of experience - just a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the addition and removal of vendor services
- Reconciling invoices and managing supplier documentation
- Assisting with supplier management and communications
- Raising and processing purchase orders
- Providing general administrative and process support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelors University degree or equivalent
- A keen interest to work in Consulting and Investment Management
- Keen to identify and embrace new technologies and new ways of working
- Effective prioritisation and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Initial 6-month contract, with the expectation to be extended or to be made permanent with the end client. Paying £30,000 pro rata.
