INSURANCE ACCOUNT HANDLER

Office based in South Essex Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working closely with a leading specialist Insurance broker in the Southend area who have a rarely available opportunity on their Commercial Insurance broking team.

The account handler will deal with risks which includes a number of different covers such as Combined Liability, Contractors All Risks, Professional Indemnity, Motor Fleet, Directors and Officers Liability, Office and Cyber so experience of any of these would be great but the company are happy to consider a solid Commercial Insurance background and someone looking for a long term position.

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing own allocation of clients and supporting the wider broking team and account executives.
• Helping the team achieve the targets set.
• Administering and servicing client’s needs, which includes preparation of quotes, processing midterm adjustments, and all other general administration and client handling.
• Cross-selling products according to the demands and needs of the existing clients.
• Assisting the Directors and other staff members when requested.
