We are seeking a skilled, versatile, and efficient professional with experience in welding, fabrication, and general assembly. If you are a hands-on individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: * Perform welding and fabrication tasks with a variety of materials using TIG/MIG. * Assemble components accurately and efficiently. * Read and interpret technical drawings to guide fabrication and assembly processes. * Operate machinery such as guillotines, cold saws, and bandsaws. * Manage materials to ensure production efficiency and minimal waste. * Maintain high-quality standards in the production of bespoke signs. * Adhere to all health and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and safe working environment at all times. Requirements: * Preferably hold relevant qualifications or apprentice trained. * Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with TIG/MIG. * Ability to read and work from technical drawings. * Familiarity with guillotine, cold saw, and bandsaw operation. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Health and safety awareness, with the ability to maintain a tidy and organized workspace. * A versatile, proactive, and reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
