Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer focused individual with previous experience managing a busy client based. Fantastic telephone manner and communication skills is a must!

You will be working in a fast-paced varied role! You must be able to jump from task to task and dealing with many different customers throughout your day.

Please only apply if you are able to cover a Sunday shift every 3-4 weeks (with a day off in the week)

Duties for customer service representative include:

Inbound and outbound customer calls

Processing orders

Organising deliveries

Providing quotes

Updating pricing

Hitting KPIs and targets
