If you’re confident working towards targets, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.\\n\\nThe Role: Recruitment Consultant\\n\\nAs a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage your own desk and be responsible for:\\n\\nDeveloping new business and selling recruitment services\\n\\nBuilding relationships with schools and understanding their hiring needs\\n\\nVisiting clients and attending networking events\\n\\nSourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates\\n\\nManaging your candidate pool and database\\n\\nMeeting agreed KPIs and targets\\n\\nWorking with sales and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\nIf you’re driven by results and enjoy working in a buzzing, target-led role, you’ll thrive here.
