12030 - Post-Doctoral Research Fellow

While a background in high-content image analysis is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. We warmly welcome applications from researchers with strong expertise in molecular biology and data analysis, who are eager to apply their skills in an interdisciplinary setting. This project will allow you to deliver an ambitious and impactful research agenda and develop a strong research profile, placing you in an excellent position to take the next important step in your academic career., * A PhD (or near completion) in cancer biology, biochemistry, molecular biology or a related field.

• Knowledge of, or a passion in, image analysis and quantitative data extraction.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience of working collaboratively as part of a team.

• Initiative and independence in managing workload, with excellent project management skills.

• A growing track record of producing high-quality and interdisciplinary academic scholarship.

This post is fixed term (36 months) and full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns.

The salary for this post is Grade UE07 £40,247 to £47,874 per annum.
