As a Data Scientist and GenAI Engineer, you will be expected to:

• Develop data science and AI projects using agile methodologies and best practices.

• Apply advanced analytical techniques, such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning, to extract insights and generate solutions from structured and unstructured data.

• Design, develop, and test scalable and robust data pipelines, models, and applications, using cloud platforms and frameworks such as Azure AI/ML Studio, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.

• Build and deploy full stack AI applications.

• Build and deploy production grade fine-tuned LLMs and RAG architecture.

• Create and manage the complex and robust prompts across the GenAI solutions.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and colleagues, using data visualisation, storytelling, and presentation skills.

• Ensure the ethical use of AI and adherence to data privacy regulations.

• Adhere to SSDLC for AI solutions.

• A master’s degree (or equivalent) or higher in AI & Data Science or equivalent.

• Relevant experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, with a proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions in a professional setting, using a variety of tools and techniques.

• Experience in full stack application development.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, .Net, and expertise in data science and AI libraries and frameworks.

• Expert in RAG, LangChain, Multi-Agents, Assistant API and PromptFlow.

• Experience in implementing MLOps with cloud platforms and services, such as Azure, AWS and GCP.

• Certifications or accreditations in data science, AI, or cloud technologies or equivalent.

• Certified and experienced prompt engineer or equivalent.

• Prior experience with ethical AI practices and data privacy is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
