  • Assist with roadshow planning and execution, including coordination with placement agents

  • Manage complex travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries for senior executives

  • Handle diary management for partners and senior team members

  • Process expenses and provide general administrative support

  • Support the IR team in preparing for and following up on LP meetings

  • Assist with event planning, including offsites and conferences

  • Act as a liaison between the administrative team and senior management

  • Proven experience in roadshow coordination and investor relations support

  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software

  • Experience in financial services, preferably in private equity or asset management

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
