Manage complex travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries for senior executives

Handle diary management for partners and senior team members

Process expenses and provide general administrative support

Support the IR team in preparing for and following up on LP meetings

Assist with event planning, including offsites and conferences

Act as a liaison between the administrative team and senior management

Proven experience in roadshow coordination and investor relations support

Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software
