Working closely with your Contracts Manager, Site Manager, and QS team, you’ll help manage site coordination, subcontractors, timelines, quality, and cost control. This is a client-facing role where you’ll learn by doing—and be trusted with responsibility early. Who They’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience in construction project delivery Ideally with a main contractor or residential specialist Comfortable working under JCT contracts (especially D&B) Organised, proactive, and confident managing subcontractors and client expectations Degree or HNC in Construction Management or similar (preferred) Interested?
