Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with developers to provide support, mentorship, and encourage continuous improvement.

Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.

Work with squad managers to ensure consistent, high-quality, regular software deliveries to our stakeholders and clients.

Actively participate in the hiring process for your squad and across the development team.

Minimum 4 years in a development role. You should have a solid background in software development, showcasing a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

Minimum 1 year in a technical leadership role. Your experience should demonstrate effective team management, mentorship, and the ability to lead projects to successful completion.

You have excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team., * Deep understanding of either C#/.NET or Javascript/React to a very high standard.

Familiarity with full-stack development and the challenges involved.

Experience with cloud infrastructure, notably Azure.

Experience with Agile Methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
Desirable:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, notably Azure Devops.

Experience with IaC templates, especially Bicep.

Experience with Typescript.
