Do you have the following skills and experience:
· Children and Young People services management experience
· NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management or be willing to work towards

Experience as a Registered Manager in a Children’s Residential Setting

In-depth knowledge of complex/challenging behaviours
-
Knowledge of the legislative and guidance framework
-
Organised with strong administration skills
-
Knowledge of OFSTED inspections will be an advantage

Acting as a Safeguarding Lead, training staff to be their best, providing supervisions, appraisals and disciplinaries when necessary

Providing leadership and guidance to residential staff provide guidance
