As a Bartender you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests and members as well as overseeing the smooth operational running of the bar. Your role will include preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, opening and closing the bar and creating classic and innovative drinks exceeding members' needs and expectations every time.

• Strong knowledge of cocktail making.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

On target potential earnings inclusive of tronc is projected between £14.50-£15 per hour for this role. This is made up of a base rate of £11.93 per hour, plus inclusion in our tronc scheme.

Gratuities (tips) and service charge (an additional discretionary service charge added to the guests and members restaurant bill across our estate is passed directly to our employees) is paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role. It is estimated that in 2025, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £6,000 in addition to their annual salary.
